CAD/CAM Software

  • Our Engineering Department utilizes the most up-to-date computer aided design and manufacturing equipment available in the industry today. Layouts, designs and shop drawings are generated using AutoCAD® 2004 and SolidWorks 2008.

CAD/CAM Software

  • Now with the use of our New Nesting Software Sigmanest and Metalsoft's FabriWin™ system our CAM Workstations generate program code to run CNC machinery on the shop floor.  We have the capability of importing both dwg, dxf and most other PC file formats to aid us with our engineering process.  Our Engineering Staff provides shop personnel with complete drawing packages to insure a quality product.

Production Control software

  • JobBOSS™ our Production Control Software, is the backbone of our shop, from quote inception through delivery. With the click of a mouse our customers can be informed of the current status of any active job in production.  Efficient production scheduling is a result of our entire shop being load processed through the software.  This allows us to handle rush requirements, prevent possible bottlenecks and aid in meeting our ultimate goal - a professional job delivered on time.

Reverse Engineering - Digitizing

  • An added feature of our Engineering Department is Metalsoft's FabriVision™ vision inspection machine. With this piece of machinery, we can perform Reverse Engineering (or digitizing) of flat patterns. Through software processing we can provide our customers with very accurate CAD files in .dwg, .dxf or .iges formats. With an available scanning area of 40" x 70" we can handle parts much larger than similar equipment. We offer this as a service to any customer in need of such processing.

Quality

Through our attention to detail and our manufacturing expertise we are able to meet our customers’ specifications with precision and accuracy. At all times during processing each operator continually performs quality assurance on parts. With the help of FabriVision®, we can utilize computer comparison software to better insure the highest quality of flat parts, from simple to complex. Constant inspection of our work in process better assures an acceptable final inspection before delivery.
